About

Hola! I'm Daniel Morales González — a Barcelona-born mobile specialist who now calls Copenhagen home.

I have 6+ years of experience delivering high-quality React Native applications. At Joe & The Juice I help shape the loyalty and ordering experience relied on by more than two million customers: migrating a large codebase from JavaScript to TypeScript, integrating regional payment SDKs, introducing OTA releases with Expo, and collaborating closely with data and growth teams on experimentation and lifecycle tooling.

Previously at Hedia I worked across regulated healthcare software, bridging medical devices over BLE/NFC, tightening automation around testing, and aligning the app to IEC 62304 requirements alongside QA teams. I started my professional journey in Denmark with VMA Nordic, moving an Android product to Firebase and crafting immersive AR/VR experiences.

In my spare time I built nyborger: a React Native app that helps people prepare for the Danish citizenship exam with over 1,000 questions, realistic simulations, flashcards, audio playback, and insights. It is available on both the App Store and Google Play.
